The role
Your responsibilities
Load and unload trucks; move and sort parcels; handle goods weighing about 1–50 kg using a manual pallet truck; work as part of a team.
What you need
No previous experience is required — training is provided on site. Polish is not required. Readiness for physical work is needed.
Conditions & support
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with occasional working Saturdays depending on workload. Shift starts at 20:00 and is normally 8 hours.
What is provided
ZUS; official employment; coordinator support; +1 PLN net for every hour worked for workers arranging their own accommodation.
Transport
Commute independently by public transport.
Pay & allowances
Up to 200 hours — 26 PLN net/hour; 201+ — 27 PLN; students — 31.40 PLN. Workers arranging their own accommodation receive +1 PLN net for every hour worked.
