The role
Your responsibilities
Load and unload trucks onto the line; move and sort parcels of different sizes; handle goods weighing about 1–50 kg using a manual pallet truck; work as part of a team.
What you need
No previous experience is required — training is provided on site. Polish is not required. Readiness for physical warehouse work is needed.
Conditions & support
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with occasional working Saturdays depending on workload. Shift starts at 19:30. Standard shift is 8 hours; additional hours may be available.
Housing
Housing is about 600 m from work. Cost is 550 PLN/month: 500 PLN accommodation + 50 PLN cleaning. Rooms usually house 3–4 people.
What is provided
Housing for 550 PLN/month about 600 m from work; +1 PLN/hour for workers with their own accommodation; ZUS; official employment; coordinator support.
Transport
Commute independently; company housing is about 600 m from the warehouse and can be reached on foot.
Pay & allowances
Rate: up to 168 hours — 25 PLN net/hour; 169–200 — 26; over 201 — 27. Students — 31.40 PLN net/hour. Workers with their own accommodation receive +1 PLN net for every hour worked.
Additional hours
Additional working hours may be available.
