The role
Your responsibilities
Depending on the process: hang chickens on the conveyor; process, cut and pack meat; or wash carcasses and clean them manually. The facility assigns the specific process.
What you need
Sanitary booklet or readiness to obtain one; physical stamina; readiness to work in a cold or warm department; readiness for manual work. Production or food-industry experience is an advantage.
Conditions & support
Schedule
Schedule depends on the process, overall 5–6 days per week with Sunday off. Hanging: 02:30–10:30, sometimes until 12:30. Meat processing: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. Meat washing: 02:30–10:30.
Housing
Housing costs 700 PLN/month; usually 2–4 people per room.
What is provided
Housing for 700 PLN/month; free hot meal at the facility; work clothing and footwear; support with residence-card paperwork.
Documents & support
Residence-card documents can be submitted; the HR department provides support.
Pay & allowances
Base rate: 22.68 PLN net/hour. The source states 23–25 PLN/hour with PIT-2, 27.53 PLN/hour for additional hours and 31.40 PLN/hour for students. PIT-2 may return up to 300 PLN tax per month under the source conditions.
Additional hours
Additional hours are paid at 27.53 PLN net/hour according to the source.
Additional information
Training takes about 2 hours, after which work can begin. Salary is paid between the 18th and 24th day of the following month; an advance can be requested after 2 weeks worked.
