The role
Your responsibilities
Production: process chicken parts, separate meat from bones, check quality, pack and label products. Hanging: work on the line, hang chickens, monitor the conveyor and keep the work area clean.
What you need
Sanitary booklet or readiness to obtain one; compliance with the facility’s hygiene requirements.
Conditions & support
Schedule
5 days per week, Monday–Friday. Production: 13:30–21:30 or 03:30–11:30, rotating weekly. Hanging: 10:00–18:00 or 00:00–08:00, rotating weekly. Usually 8 hours.
Housing
Housing costs 800 PLN/month; usually 3–4 people per room, with a separate room for a couple. Housing is within walking distance of work.
What is provided
Housing for 800 PLN/month within walking distance; separate room for a couple; +250 PLN for workers with their own accommodation; work clothing provided free; product discounts; residence-card support.
Documents & support
Residence-card documents can be submitted independently or with HR support.
Transport
Housing is within walking distance of the facility.
Pay & allowances
27 PLN net/hour on production; 29 PLN on hanging; students — 34.50 PLN net/hour. Workers with their own accommodation receive +250 PLN.
Additional information
After documents and induction are completed, work can start the next day. Without a sanitary booklet, waiting time may be about 1 week.
